Meet Sofia

Sofia, born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, is the youngest of five siblings. While attending Brookfield East High School, she began working at Laufenberg Cleaning Service at 17. With the company’s history dating back to 1962, Sofia quickly became a valuable team member. After graduating, she was given the opportunity to take over the business at just 18. Alongside managing the company, Sofia pursued courses in entrepreneurship and small business management to better support her new role.

In her free time, Sofia enjoys spending quality moments with her husband and two dogs, as well as catching up with her nieces and nephews. She’s passionate about interior design, with Architectural Digest being one of her favorite sources of inspiration. A true foodie, Sofia loves discovering new restaurants and trying unique meals. When she’s not indulging in great food, you’ll likely find her listening to true crime documentaries or jamming out to early 2000s pop hits!
