IMPORTANT INFORMATION- PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

Essential Utilities: For move-in/out cleanings, it is imperative that the home has both electricity and water operational. These utilities are essential for us to carry out the cleaning effectively. We kindly ask that you ensure these services are fully set up and functioning prior to our scheduled appointment. If we arrive and find that either electricity or water is unavailable, we will need to reschedule the cleaning, and a $50 rescheduling fee will be applied.

Empty Home Requirement: Prior to our arrival, please ensure that the home is completely empty. If any trash or belongings are left behind, additional charges may apply.

Purposefully Left Items: If you intentionally left items behind in the home, kindly inform us about their location prior to our visit. This way, we will know to leave those items undisturbed. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any items discarded during our cleaning process.

No Garage Cleaning: Our cleaning services are focused exclusively on the interior of the home. We do not provide cleaning services for garages.

What's Included in a Move In/ Out Cleaning?

Kitchen:

Cleaning and sanitizing countertops, sinks, and backsplash
Cleaning interior and exterior of appliances (oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher)
Wiping down interior and exterior of cabinets, drawers, and shelves
Dusting and cleaning light fixtures
Cleaning and washing or vacuum floors

Bathrooms:

Scrubbing and sanitizing sinks, tubs, and showers
Cleaning mirrors, light fixtures, and countertops
Wiping down shelves, cabinets, and drawers
Disinfecting toilets
Hand-wash floors

Living Areas & Bedrooms:

Dusting all surfaces, including light fixtures, baseboards, and shelves
Wiping switch plates & spot clean walls for smudged
Vacuuming carpets or cleaning floors (sweeping, mopping, etc.)
Removing cobwebs and dusting ceiling fans or vents

General:

Spot clean walls for smudges
Wipe down doors and frames
Removing trash and any remaining personal items
Cleaning inside closets and any storage spaces
Cleaning windowsills and interior of windows
Cleaning vents, switches, and outlets

There are some exclusions in our move-in/out cleaning services. Specifically, we do not include:

Carpet cleaning
Garage
Exterior of home
