Miscellaneous projects are welcome. Simply email or text with your special request in advance, so that you can receive the best rate and we can plan accordingly for our next scheduled cleaning.
We love pets and know they’re part of the family! For everyone’s safety and to ensure the best cleaning results, we kindly ask that you keep your pets in a separate, safe area during our visit.
It is not necessary to be home at the time of the cleaning. Please provide a key or garage code if you will not be home. There is a $50 lockout fee if there is a confirmed appointment and can’t get access inside the home.
If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible via call, text, or email. We’ll do our best to find the next available time. Please note, there is a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice.
If you or your children get sick with a contagious illness, please call and reschedule your cleaning.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, or Venmo.
